Very Short Interview No. 1

I decided to interview a family friend who is a practicing doctor and opened his own practice. He is an Internist who focuses on internal medicine. He offers other test and services which have made him more money than if he only focused on his specialty.
1. What does it mean to be an entrepreneur?
Answer: Being an entrepreneur means thinking outside what you were trained to do in school and applying your practical skills for financial gain. To be a true entrepreneur you truly have to think outside the box and not make mistakes.
2. What should I try to learn in this course?
Answer. To be as creative as you possibly can. You will never be a successful entrepreneur if you never learn the skill of creativity and trusting yourself to take risks.
3. What do you wish you were taught in school?
Answer: I wish I had been taught more about social media and computers because these two aspects have proven essential in my business and I had to teach the skills to myself.

Interviewing an entrepreneur was a great experience. I have learned the value of creativity and I feel like I will make the most out of the course knowing what I now know.
